SYNOPSIS:

At 4:00 Pm today, A Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at115kmSoutheast of General Santos City (5.5N, 126.0E). Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Visayas and Mindanao.

Forecast:

Cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides is expected over the regions of Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula and the provinces of bohol and Lanao del Sur.Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over the rest of Visayas and of Mindanao. Cloudy skies with light rains is expected over Cagayan Valley region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the entire archipelago with moderate to rough seas.
